As a provider of handmade leather bags made from vegetable-tanned leather, bupell stands for long-lasting quality, honest craftsmanship – and safe products.
With the entry into force of the EU Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) on December 13, 2024, we will meet all associated requirements for manufacturers and distributors in the EU.
What this means for you:

- All our products are carefully tested before being launched on the market.
- We conduct internal risk analyses and document the materials and production processes used.
- Each product can be clearly identified and is labeled with the required manufacturer information .
- Our online pages provide you with clear and complete information about origin, processing and care.
- Should risks arise despite all due care, we have processes in place for rapid feedback and correction .
For us, safety is not an extra – it is part of our responsibility.
